My Services
My services are all inclusive. When you pup is pampered by me, they will get everything that is necessary to achieve your desired goals for aesthetics, health and well being. Such as using shampoos, conditioners and tools tailored your your pets coat and skin type. Please check out my services I offer below.
What to expect at your pets appointment:
Each pet gets up to a 2hr appointment. When he/she arrives, we will have a greet/relax time. This will allow your pet to take in all the smells and have a little playtime with me to settle in and desensitize, allowing them to focus on the grooming process without all the anxiety. This also includes parent groomer time, so please make sure you have your instructions ready as not to take up to much of your pets time. Your appointment starts at the appointment time, not when the groom starts. When grooming is complete, your pet and I will have downtime together. This will include pets, cuddles and treats. I'm estimating your pets groom time to only take an hour to hour and half. *Appointment times may be longer for bigger dogs or more complex haircuts.
Prices are estimates only Price will vary depending on length of haircut and time spent on grooming.
Dogs over 40 lbs must be able to walk in Tub and on table..and must be compliant for grooming
Doodles & St.Poodle Pricing
A Doodle is any breed that is mixed with a Poodle. Because they are a mixed, their coats and tempermants are unpredictable which makes it hard to estimate thier prices. Even puppies from the same litter can be drastically differents. Most of these dogs can be extremly time consuming and require a high skill level. Therefore, I do charge by the amount of time it take me to groom them. For a better understanding, If I can groom 3 small dogs in the time it takes me to do one Doodle, then I will charge based on 3 small dogs. The average 60 lb Doodle in a very short clip usually takes and hour and a half to two hours to complete. The prices below are estimates only and could be lower or higher.

Puppies!
Got a puppy under 6 months of age? I offer a wonderful puppy program to help pups become acclimated to the grooming process to prepare them for a lifetime of stress free grooming. Ideally pups should be 10-12 weeks of age but I accept any pup up to 6 months old for this program.
How it works:
This is a 4 week program. (some pups graduate early and some need more time)

Week one: Your pups will be introduced to bathing, blow drying, brushing and nail trimming.

Week two: Your pup will get everything in week one PLUS introduction to clipper work.

Week three: Your pup will recieve a complete Mini Groom

Week four: Your pup will recieve the FULL GROOM!
Each week, pet parents will be given exercises to practice on pups at home to help with the process. Every pup is unique and each weeks will vary depending on your puppies comfort. By graduation time, they will be acclimated to the grooming process to comfortably accept the process with out force or mistreatment. Only positive training methods are used.
Cost
The cost of this program is $60 (payable upfront). Should your pup need extra weeks, it's $15 each additional week. Although this is a rare case, as most pups only need four.
What determines your price
Time and energy involved is what determines the price. What this means is that a dog that is kept maintained and does not go more than six weeks between grooms will not take as long to groom. Therefore, the price will be on the lower side of the pricing scale. Dogs that get short haircuts also take significantly less time to groom where as dogs that get longer clips or patterned clips take longer and require mor energy and skill. Along with that, dogs that go longer between grooming visits tend to be anxious and resistant to the grooming process causing longer grooming times. What this all boils down to is you have the power to determine the price you will pay by how well you maintain your dog between grooms, how often you bring your dog and what hairstyle you choose.
