Crystal did a wonderful job with my mini Aussie! My Aussie has some anxiety and Crystal had her in and out within 2 hours without me even asking. I can't wait to see what she does with my Bedlington Terrier! Thanks, Crystal!!!
I've been to several different groomers and Crystal by far is the best. I won't take my doodle or yorkie anywhere else. Crystal is incredibly patient with my neurotic yorkie. I also like that I can drop the boys off and they're done in about 2.5 to 3 hours & not stuck in a kennel all day.
We have tried several groomers over the years, and Crystal at the Groom Room is the best, without a doubt. I'll admit that I'm pretty particular regarding the way I like my Miniature Schnauzer groomed, and Crystal nailed it on the first visit. The salon is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Most groomers would keep my dog all day - the Groom Room gets it done within a couple of hours. Their prices are comparable to other groomers in the area, but the service and quality are the best I've experienced.
Crystal is the absolute best at making our little 11 year old Bichon, Buckeye, feel comfortable from the time he walks in the door to the time I pick him up!! The BONUS is that he looks better than he ever has since we started grooming him as a pup! After moving to Keller from Oklahoma last year I found Crystal through searching online. She was so sweet to talk with me over the phone answering all of my concerns about our little guy. He's older, and he doesn't take to most people, but he bounces out of the car and goes right into her front door without hesitating. Crystal is a natural at what she does, and we love picking up Buckeye each time she's worked her magic on him! Thank you, Crystal for taking such great care of our baby!!!

Crystal is amazing! She truly care about your furry family and treat them as if they were her own. You never have to worry about your furkids when you drop them off for grooming. It's so nice to not have a single worry and know that you will come back to a calm, clean and exceptionally groomed pet. She is a loving & skilled professional who loves animals and love what she does. I can't say enough good things about her. All 4 of my dogs are groomed here and I'd never go anywhere else. Crystal has been our groomer for over 10 years. No need to look any further once you have found her.
Crystal is a 20 minute drive from me but I would not think of going anywhere else to have my dog, Ranger, groomed. Ranger is a bit of a nervous dog and Crystal is amazing with him! I love that I only have to leave him for an hour or hour and a half and he isn't stuck in a kennel for half the day like at many other groomers. Also, The Groom Room is always spotless. Thanks, Crystal, for always making my Ranger look so handsome!

Crystal is AMAZING!!! I won't take our furbaby anywhere else! Our shihtzu Ranger absolutely loves her trips to see Miss Crystal! She's very informative & has always answered any questions we have had. She's also great at suggesting styles for Ranger.
Moving and finding a new groomer that can deliver a great experience , good care for your pet, and execute an amazing grooming technique can prove to be difficult. Crystal did an amazing job and really went above and beyond. Not to mention that her grooming abilities with poodles is spectacular! We will be regulars with Crystal as long as we’re in the area. Definitely a 5 star experience!
